How It All Goes Down (UV DTF Workflow)

• Print on Film A
  Use your UV printer to print the design onto Film A, including full-color CMYK, white ink for opacity, and varnish for glossy or dimensional effects. The film supports all standard UV printing features.
• UV Cure
  Allow the UV inks to fully cure during the UV printing process. Proper curing ensures vibrant colors, proper layer adhesion, and a durable final transfer.
• Laminate with Film B
  Apply Film B over the cured Film A using a laminator or consistent manual pressure. This protects the printed layer, prevents smudging, and prepares the design for clean transfer.
• Peel and Apply
  Remove Film A, apply the transfer to your surface, press firmly, and peel Film B to reveal a clean, professional-looking UV transfer. It mimics direct UV printing without printing directly on the object.
