How to Use Platonink 17-Inch Instant Peel DTF Film

Get Your Design Ready to Print

Use high-quality DTF inks to print your artwork onto the coated side of the instant peel DTF films. For the best transfer results make sure colors, fine details, and white underbases are applied correctly.

The Sticky Dust

DTF hot melt powder should be applied evenly to the printed design so that there is full coverage on all the inked areas. Shake off the excess powder so that the edges are clean and no powder builds up during curing.

Heat It Up

Transfer the design using standard DTF curing settings. Proper curing yields a combination of good adhesion, flexibility and durability while at the same time making the design ready for a smooth and quick instant peel transfer.

Press and Peel

Using the recommended settings for temperature, pressure, and time, heat press the transfer onto the garment, and then immediately peel off the backing paper. It is advisable to test on sample garments to find the best settings for your results.
