How to Use It (UV DTF the Easy Way)

• Preparation (Film A): At the very beginning of the "A Film" process, there is a PET film with a special coating that has been created for the purpose of printing.
• Printing (UV Printer): A UV printer applies the UV-curable ink (white, color, and varnish) directly onto the adhesive side of the A Film.
• Instant Curing: The ink gets solid and durable in an instant while the printer moves thanks to the UV lamp curing it immediately.
• Lamination (Film B): The A Film which has been printed is then laminated with the "B Film" that serves as the carrier and adhesive layer. A laminator (which might be integrated into the printer) is used for the lamination process to ensure a strong bond.
• Cutting: The sheet that has been laminated is then cut to the design shapes.
• Transfer (Application): The A Film's backing paper is taken off, and the design (which is now attached to the B Film) is pressed onto the surface where it is going to be (for example, glass, metal, plastic, or wood).
• Finalizing: The B Film is removed, and only the cured ink, which is now firmly attached to the object, is left.
