The Process

• Design Printing
  Begin printing your artwork with utmost precision on the cold peel DTF film's coated side using DTF inks of the highest quality. It is a requirement to correctly include all colors, fine details, and white underbases for the best transfer result.
• Use the Sticky Dust
  Generously sprinkle DTF hot melt powder over the printed design so that it perfectly covers all inked areas. Gently shake off the excess powder to avoid clumping and get clean edges which help create a professional-quality transfer.
• Curing
  Cure the transfer according to the DTF curing guidelines. Curing is important for activating the adhesive powder, thereby strong adhesion, bright colors, and lasting durability of the design on the garment transferred.
• Press, Cool, and Peel
  Place the fabric in the heat press and then set the heat, pressure, and time to the recommended levels. After pressing, allow the transfer to cool down completely before removing the backing. Testing on sample garments is always a good practice to get your results just right.
