How it Works 

• Print Your Design
  The printing of your artwork is done by you on the coated side of the gold DTF film through standard DTF supplies and  inks. Accurate color placement, solid coverage, and proper white underbases are ensured for the best metallic gold appearance.
• Add the Sticky Dust
  DTF hot melt powder is evenly applied over the printed design to cover all inked areas completely. Gently shaking off the excess powder helps to keep the edges clean and prevents buildup during curing.
• Curing Process
  The transfer is cured according to standard DTF temperature guidelines. Inadequate curing results in poor activation of the adhesive powder leading to weak bonding, lack of flexibility, poor durability, and an unclean metallic finish.
• Press and Pull
  Place the garment in the heat press and set the temperature, pressure, and time according to recommendations, then peel off the transfer according to the advised method. It is always recommended to test for optimal adhesion and metallic effect.
