How It’s Used (UV DTF Workflow)

Print on Film A
Your UV printer should be loaded with black ink for printing your design on Film A. Ensure the black tones cover everywhere and the details are very sharp so the final transfer looks professional.

UV Cure
The entire black ink layer goes through complete curing with the help of the UV light during the printing process, which, in turn, results in the highest adhesion, greatest durability, and finest colour vibrancy. Proper curing guarantees that the layer will endure even under heavy handling and long-term use on hard surfaces without fading or peeling.

Combine with Other Inks
The black ink can be applied underneath CMYK, white, or varnish inks to obtain professional transfers of full-colour and high impact. The black layer brings depth and contrast, making line crispness and intricate details more visible even in multi-layer applications.

Laminate with Film B
