How It’s Used (UV DTF Workflow)

Print on Film A

The yellow ink should be loaded into your UV printer first and then Film A is printed with your design in accordance with the AB transfer system. The ink can handle intricate details, solid fills, and even coverage at any point so the quality is not only vivid but also precise.

UV Cure

Let the ink get cured completely before the UV printing process ends. The curing done right gives the adhesion to Film A that is strong, the transfer being less susceptible to wear, and finally, the color of the finished UV DTF transfer being the same throughout the whole process.

Laminate with Film B

Seal the ink on Film A with Film B after the curing process is over. This can be done by a laminating machine or manually applying even and consistent pressure. The design now ready for smooth transfer and the printed layers protected.

Peel and Apply

Take off Film A, position the transfer on the desired hard surface, exert strong pressure and peel off Film B to get a clean, bright, and long-lasting UV DTF design.
